I cannot stress enough about the importance of transparency and communication when it comes to forging a relationship while doing business deals. Rob and his team were VERY communicative, responsive and available, even when the unexpected popped up. They were quick to work to find a resolution! They were able to step in and get the deal done when another lender couldn't. You're in good hands with Rob and his team!
